While there is no known problems with the Ozilite, we wanted to make it easy for you to contact us if you do have any concerns or problems.
Below is some infomation that may assist with understanding the operation of the lighter.

Elements
Elements are the only consumable item on the lighter.
We supply every lighter with 2 spare elements. We would expect these to last you a long time.
While most report that elements last 3 - 9 months, we have many lighters out there that have elements that have not been replaced for many years. To make things simple and easy, we have one element type for ALL of our lighters. Part no. is ACLEL1

Transformers
The transformers inside the Ozilite are open circuit and short circuit protected. Therefore if the element has expired, the transformer will not power up. This is a safety feature of the transformer.
